2. Cancellation

2.1 Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • No further subscription charges will be levied
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued at the discretion of A3 Tech (India) Private Limited and only if:

  • The request is made within 14 days from the date of payment
  • The service or product has not been substantially used or consumed
  • Valid payment proof is provided

3.2 Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within the subscription period.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines. A3 Tech (India) Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
